Misconceptions about Naturism

Source : Misconceptions about Naturism

I cannot agree more with Fabien. All it takes is visiting a naturist resort to understand it’s not about size or perfection, but about inner beauty and well-being. Naturism is a lifestyle you can only understand when you undress socially. Go and get naked with other naturists!

Taking a #naked break

My dear nudist readers, I am taking a break from blogging for the next 2 months, or so. Not that I will stay clothed, to the opposite, but I need some time to work on serious projects, including, among other things related to nudism, my Nude Tales book. I won’t say more for the moment. I may pop in once in a while on Twitter or on WordPress, but will publish far less. In the meantime, as autumn will start pretty soon, I wish you all naked warm days and keep the nudist spirit up!

Edit: This does not mean I will stop publishing here. I’ve planned posts every three or four days for the next 10 weeks. I will just be much less present to use my time in productive work. Stay tuned and stay naked!

Naked Run 3: Mallorca

Wonderfully said. Naked running is a wonderful experience, it enhances the joy of running, I’m pretty sure the level of dopamine and oxytocin increase while running naked for running with clothes on. Thanks for sharing you wonderful experience.

Naked Running

Playa Sa Canova, Mallorca
July 2015

[This is a delayed post. This was my third naked run; two runs have occurred and already been the subject of blog posts (Streak for Tigers and Marshall’s Beach) since this run actually occurred.]

This was the game-changer.

With my exceptionally short, impulsive, life-changing naked run in the Algarve I had discovered naked running. The following timed 5k naked run explored and confirmed how my body reacted to the total liberation of the psyche. Now, a trip to Mallorca was going to be my first encounter with organised social naturism and my first (of hopefully many) overseas holidays designed specifically around my nascent naked running hobby.

I set the specialist travel agency Chalfont with the task: find me social naturism accommodation that accepted single men and was located adjacent to a substantial stretch of naturist beach (I wanted a pure naturist experience. No car…

Nudity isn’t indecent. It’s a noble British tradition

Nudity is awesome, tradition or not, it’s just the most natural way to go to a beach, enjoy a swim and live life.

Stephen Gough, the Naked Rambler, spends 10 years in prison. A 14-year-old schoolboy’s future is blighted for at least a decade because of a naked selfie. What’s “indecent” here – a person wearing no clothes, or a hypocritical society? Surely there’s nothing more seemly than the human body. “Nature has but little clay, like that of which she moulded you,” as Virginia Woolf, who went skinny-dipping with Rupert Brooke, wrote.

My afternoon at Suzie’s Lake

A nice story from Fabien that shows that we tend to “overthink” getting naked. There’s nothing more natural than getting naked with friends and spending a good time together. Next time you have an opportunity to get naked, ask if nobody has issues with it and go bare! 100% of times it works and you can spend a great time naked with friends. It’s generally a good cue for them to go bare too.

Tuesday of this week (August 5) Kevin, a friend of mine and former co-worker texted me that he went to Suzie’s Lake and found an island that he wanted to explore and hang out on another outing.

I knew of this lake as mentioned in my previous blog (insert link) as it is a favorite spot for skinny dipping. I never had a chance to go there for a swim and asked if I could tag along the next time he went.

Yesterday at 9:30 Kevin texted me and said he would be going around 11:30 after he went to Wal Mart to get a hammock. I asked if I could join him and he said that would be great. So I finished up my work and left the office at 11:00 to pick him up.

While at Wal Mart I got some water and sustenance for our trek. The…

My First Official Naturist Group: Suzie’s Lake

Wonderful story about social nudity by Fabien. The one aspect I would like to point out is the non-judgmental piece. Nudists will not judge you by how you look, but by nhow you behave. Respect is the key word. Once you get rid of your clothes, off goes the social mask, on comes the real humanity. Fabien, this is a wonderful journey your are sharing, thank you for this!

Naturist Fab

Hey there, Fabien again with some great news regarding my breakthrough as a Naturist.

As many of you would have read in previous blogs I have for the longest time hoped to interact with other naturists and this past weekend it finally happened!

In November of last year while searching on the internet for local Nova Scotia naturists I came across a link to a group on Meetup called the Halifax Drama Free Skinny Dippers. This group has over 60 members and in reading about the group I knew this was for me.

Here is what is on the group page:

It’s another hot summer day.

What would be nicer than a short hike to a remote lake, stripping off all your clothes and jumping into the clean, cool water? It might be even more fun to do it with other good-hearted people who have the same idea. Safety in…
